Future Data Center Manager Scholarship - 

The AFCOM - NYC/NJ Metro Chapter has designed the following scholarship opportunities to be an investment in the future for data center managers and operators and provide financial support for students looking to obtain a career in the IT industry.

The local AFCOM – NYC/NJ Metro Chapter will award a scholarship in the amount of $2,000 to a college undergraduate, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited College or University.

The Technologist Award - (High School Seniors Only!) -

The candidate will be able to show an overall aptitude for many technologies by tying them together on a project outlined by the Afcom Board Members. GPA along with attendance and recommendation letters will all be taken into account when selecting the winner(s) of the scholarship fund.

We will have a 1st and 2nd place aware

1st - $2500 (One Time) for a 4-year college program

2nd - $500 (One Time) for a 4-year college program

The winner(s) will be asked to help develop a web portal for submitting and reviewing the scholarship entries for all future winners.
